Jean Monnet Funding

 

The DIECE Conference 3rd Edition benefits from the support of the Jean Monnet Programme. Consult the procedures below to check your eligibility for a grant.

 

Procedure

on granting a Jean Monnet allowance to the participants in the DIECE International Conference

3rd Edition

Berlin, 14-15 April 2016

Babeș-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of European Studies

 

Each participant in the Conference is eligible to receive an allowance, covering transport, accommodation and subsistence costs for the two days of the Conference, in the amount of 691 EUR (travelling 500-1999 km) – 20 places, from the Jean Monnet Project 565437-EPP-1-2015-1-RO-EPPJMO-PROJECT, awarded to Babeș-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca, based on the following criteria (in order of priority):

  1. Members of prestigious international liaison committees in the area of the conference
  2. Professors from universities that have signed a cooperation agreement with Babeș-Bolyai University (in the area of the Conference)
  3. Participants that have been selected for the roles of Chair or Discussant in the Conference
  4. Relevant research/activity in the area of the Conference

 

The organisers of the Conference will decide the list of eligible participants, to be published on the Conference website by 21th March 2016.

Procedure

on granting a Jean Monnet allowance to participants from Germany in the DIECE International Conference

3rd Edition

Berlin, 14-15 April 2016

Babeș-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of European Studies

 

Each non-local participant in the Conference residing in Germany is eligible to receive an allowance, covering accommodation and subsistence costs for the two days of the Conference, in the amount of 180 EUR – 50 places, from the Jean Monnet Project 565437-EPP-1-2015-1-RO-EPPJMO-PROJECT, awarded to Babeș-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca, based on the following criteria (in order of priority):

  1. Participants that have been selected for the roles of Keynote Speaker, Chair or Discussant in the Conference
  2. Relevant research in the area of the Conference

 

The organisers of the Conference will decide the list of eligible participants, to be published on the Conference website by 21th March 2016.

Please note that double funding is not allowed according to Jean Monnet rules and notify of any such situation to the Conference organisers, in the event of selection for the allowance.
