Important dates!

Online doctoral admission:

In the state of emergency / alert and including during the suspension of face-to-face teaching activities, admission to the doctorate can be done online in accordance with the UBB Senate Decision number 5938 of April 16 and the online registration and admission procedure described here. Considering the extension of the alert state (when the face-to-face teaching activities are suspended), the registration and admission conditions will be online, as described in the Annex to the Admission Methodology. In the 2021 admission sessions, registration will be done online, at the link: https://admitere2021.ubbcluj.ro

We ask that all candidates fill in the necessary data correctly, generate the two documents in PDF format, print them and sign them, these documents being an integral part of the application file for the doctoral admission competition. The electronic completion of the registration form and the submission of the generated registration form is a MANDATORY step for the registration for doctoral admission!

The doctoral admission procedure also involves the submission / transmission of the (physical) enrollment file to the doctoral school, except for admission under the conditions of the state of alert / emergency. The file must be complete. The steps on the online pre-registration platform are not enough for doctoral registration.

Roma applicants are requested to keep in mind that their registration file must contain all the documents mentioned here.

FOR CANDIDATES WITH DIPLOMAS OBTAINED ABROAD!
