To obtain a PhD title in the field of International Relations and European Studies, and in the field of Political Science, candidates must meet the minimum national standards in accordance with Order no. 3018/2025 on the minimum national standards required and mandatory for the award of a PhD, as established by the Commission for Political Science, Security Studies, Military Science, Intelligence, and Public Order: https://www.edu.ro/sites/default/files/fisiere%20articole/OMEC_3018-2025.pdf
