We ask that all candidates fill in the necessary data correctly, generate the two documents in PDF format, print them and sign them, these documents being an integral part of the application file for the doctoral admission competition. The electronic completion of the registration form and the submission of the generated registration form are MANDATORY steps for registering for doctoral admission!
The doctoral admission procedure also involves the submission/transmission of the (physical) enrolment file to the doctoral school, except for admission under the conditions of the state of alert/emergency. The file must be complete. The steps on the online pre-registration platform are not sufficient for enrolling in the doctorate.
The schedule for submitting documents online, on confirmation days, is: 09:00-14:00
More information on the admission process, fees, required documents, can be found on the ISD website: https://doctorat.ubbcluj.ro/eng/important-dates/
