Important Dates - Early Bird Reduced Fee Deadline: 31st of January 2015 (after this date, the conference participation fee becomes 150 EUR) - Conference Registration Deadline: 31st of May 2015 (please use the online submission form). Upon receipt of the submission form, the Conference Organising Committee provides you with a definite answer in a maximum of 10 days. - Conformation of participating in the Cultural Trip to Alba-Iulia: 1st of October 2015. - Presentation of the paper at the Conference: 29-31 October 2015 (according to the conference program) Papers may be presented in English, French, German or Spanish. However as no simultaneous translation services will be provided, English and French are the recommended languages. - Submission of the complete paper: 31st of January 2016. Instructions for properly editing the document will be provided immediately after the Conference. - Selection process after the paper presentation after the Conference. Peer review and acceptance by the Conference’s Scientific Committee following formal presentation. - Publication of Conference Papers
