Submit your paper (People have to register for sending their paper abstract, although they don’t pay until their abstract has been accepted). The core of the International Conference “European Culture” is made up by the academic papers presented at the Conference; after a selection procedure the will eventually be included in the digital Conference Publication. Selection process of the papers in two phases Before the Conference: Acceptance of abstract by the Academic Coordinators. After the Conference: Peer review of the final version and acceptance of the presented papers by the Conference’s Scientific Committee (only for papers presented at the Conference).   Procedure to present your paper 1. Conference Registration 2. Paper Abstract Send the Conference Abstract Form to the Conference Organising Committee at eva.papp@euro.ubbcluj.ro before March 31st 2015. Please note that abstracts received from unregistered people will not be considered 3. Acceptance of the abstract Upon receipt of the abstract the Conference Organising Committee provides you with a definite answer in a maximum of 14 days. 4. Payment of the registration fee after the acceptance of the abstract After payment the paper is added to the Conference Programme. 5. Presentation of the paper at the Conference Papers may be presented in English, French, Spanish or German. However as no simultaneous translation services will be provided, English and French are the recommended languages. 6. Submit the complete paper by 31st December 2015 Instructions for properly editing the document will be provided immediately after the Conference. Send your paper after the Conference by 31st December 2015. Please do not submit or handle out the text before or during the Conference. 7. Selection process after the paper presentation after the Conference Peer review and acceptance by the Conference’s Scientific Committee. 8. Conference Publication In accordance with the decision of the Scientific Committee the academic papers are included in the digital Conference Publication. Please note that papers not presented by their authors during the Conference will not be considered for publication. No exception is possible.
